Why we collect this information

Because Hello?Disco is focused on music and events we occasionally need contact information in order to let people know about latest news & developments. Occasionally we may be required to share contact details with 3rd party organisations who are executing Hello?Disco related events for purposes of communication or tickets, however we have no interest in leveraging or sharing people’s contact information for reasons unrelated to Hello?Disco news and events.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

- Digital sign up to our email database
- Contact information provided to us at an event

You have control over your information

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Hello?Disco or Hello?Fire Ltd on the contact information provided on this page.

How we store your personal information

Any personal information provided to use is securely stored in a password protected file stored on a computer. We will retain any personal names & contact information for a maximum of 10 years, after which names will be removed from our secure file. Should Hello?Disco ever permanently cease music activities relating to the original purpose of collecting this information, the secure file will be permanently deleted.
